Custom Product Options

1. How To Install WooCommerce Product Addons

  1. Download WooCommerce Product Addons and have your .zip file
  2. At the WordPress admin panel, go to the Plugins section, and click ‘Add New’ to upload and install the plugin.
  3. Upload the .zip file to proceed with the installation
  4. Wait until the plugin installs. After successful installation, activate the plugin, and move on to configuration settings.

2. How To Install WooCommerce Product Addons using FTP

  1. Unzip extendons_product_addons.zip to a desired location on your computer. These extracted files will be uploaded later via FTP
  2. Connect to your server via FTP (Use FileZilla or any other FTP client)
  3. Navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ server directory
  4. Locate the local directory where you have unzipped the extendons_product_addons.zip archive
  5. Upload local folder /extendons_product_addons/ to remote /wp-content/plugins/
  6. To activate the newly installed plugin navigate to Plugins and click the Activate button within the Woocommerce Product Addons

2. How To Configure the Plugin

To configure the extension, go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Product Addons within the WordPress admin panel. You will find the following tabs: All Global Addons Rules, Add new Rule, Settings.

 

3. User Guide

After installation of plugin, login to admin panel and flush your cache storage.

3.1  How to Add Fields to Product Page

Here's how you can add fields to product page

     Step 1 - Go to Product Addons:

    At the Backend go to the "Product Addons". Here you will find the follwoing information. Click on "Add New Option" to continue.

     Step 2 - Fill your Option Information:

    Now here you can add your Custom Option information as par your requirement. For the purpose of this demo we have added to following information.

     Step 3 - Frontend:

    Now at the frontend product page you will find your options as shwon below. You can always go back and edit this infromation.
