Provided for individuals who have completed IOP or other treatment/recovery programs who would benefit from ongoing support to help maintain a recovery environment. We also provide a detailed discharge plan for every patient to ensure that they have the resources they need to continue their progress long after their time with us. We are providing individual counseling appointments through in-person sessions and we are continuing to offer Telehealth therapy if your insurance plan offers it.
